Management Services
PCS is confident that our management services will give you the peace of mind that your association needs.
From accounting and financial oversight to physical asset management and ground maintenance; PCS will ensure that you are using all your community resources to their full potential. We will assist and implement any and all board decisions and make sure that your association is one where you can enjoy the peacefully quiet enjoyment of your home.
Collection and Enforcement
At PCS, we understand how challenging it can be to manage collections. We know that association boards need to regulate and maintain a low rate of delinquent accounts, while increasing the proportion of recovered debts.
We help track accounts from the day of delinquency through the lien and foreclosure process. When necessary, we have the ability to implement an aggressive collection process, if desired.
Vendor Relations
At PCS, Association Consultants, we have no ownership or affiliation with any contractors or suppliers, meaning we make sure your association gets the best, most cost-effective options each and every time. We maintain a list of outstanding subcontractors capable of providing a complete scope of services for your community.
Finance and Accounting
Managing association finances requires expertise in budget management, cost accounting, e-commerce and merchant accounts as well as the ability to partner with CPA firms and comply with federal and state tax authority regulations. Association Consultants PCS is highly effective and can offer a suite of accounting and financial management services, including:
- Budget development, Management and Reporting
- Accounts Receivable (maintain account ledgers and history for each homeowner) and Accounts Payable (review billing for accuracy in cost and goods and prepare checks for approved invoices)
- Preparation of financial statements
